This is one of the best and most easy to use pieces of software I have come across. It rivals even the best in the industry (Pro Tools, Performer, etc.) and at a competitive price, it blows all opposition out of the water! It has all the usual features -

Export to midi
Import from midi
16 part polyphony
Lyric writing
Modulation
Velocity changes
Patch changes

You name it, Capella has it.

There are several methods of input:
Using the mouse piano (click on the appeared keyboard)
Click on the stave
Real time input using the actual keyboard (letters and nos)
or using a MIDI interface.
