What a great way to earn a living, you might think, and indeed being a media buyer is a good laugh, but its not all fun and games... What exactly does a media buyer do? A media buyer is the person at the end of the chain at an advertising agency, the one who actually spends the cash. If you see a billboard from the bus, or a banner ad right here on Dooyoo, a media buyer put that ad there. Some might say that makes them the most unpopular people on the planet, but well, a job's a job and somebody has to do it. (I'm not going to get into an argy bargy about the rights and wrongs of advertising on Dooyoo, there are other areas for that!) ...
