I reckon i'm at bit of an expert when it comes to unions, no only have I studied at 3 different uni's I also have visted many on sport trips. The Leicester union is a bit af a Tadis, it is not much to look at from the outside, 60's granite etc, but inside it is a maze of interesting shops and various bars(4) and clubs(3). The main club area at the bottom is massive and there excellent night there every night from, an 80's piss up to Danny Rampling at new year. The Main bar being the Redfearn has been recently refurbished and enlarged is very good, offering a wide selection of beer at a good price (£1.40). This university has by far the best bars and clubs out all the universities i have been to.
