staffsman Crucial memory: ... impressed with this company! Needed to upgrade my desktop PC (couple of years old) from 1Gb to 2GB, to speed it up. As it is a "mongrel" PC, I did not know exactly what memory I needed - big problem! But I downloaded Crucial s scanning software (small in size - and problem free) and it told me what memory I needed. A small query was quickly and efficiently answered - and I ordered the memory...

Archive Computers - PC Roll-Out System [N8256H] PC Roll-Out System [N8256H]
Archive Computers / The extra-wide drawer makes a difference. It measures a full H79 x W559 x D254 mm to handle nearly every size keyboard made. Unlike similar systems with a plastic drawer, ours is solid, 20-gauge, reinforced steel so it won't vibrate. It slides out on heavy duty glides and locks into pl...

davomrmac Crucial memory
... a long time user of Apple Mac computers, I have been subject to Apple s offers of ridiculously price memory upgrades. I can remember the time when their memory was so expensive it would add several hundreds of pounds to an order. I must say though, that I have never ever ordered memory from Apple, as there is a much better alternative. Crucial Technology offer memory for all types of devices, including Apple computers. They offer a lifetime guarantee too and guarantee compatibility. Their website is very well laid out. Determining what memory you need can be done in two ways. You can either select your computer manufacturer from the drop down list, then the computer t...

amullett TDK CD Media
... have one of the most respected and well established brands in blank media, be it for DVDs or CDs or whatever. So when I went to buy my TDK 700mb blanks, I was disappointed than only six of the ten purchased actually worked. My computer would not recognise them and said they were already used. Of course this was not the case given that I had just bought them! Another problem I had with TDK is that my old burnt media doesn t work anymore. I read that CDs won t last forever, but these ones were only 7 years old. They were not scratched at all, but some part of the CD had started to decay and was no longer recognisable by the computer. For such a strong brand as TDK t...

icetsunami Apple iMac 2002
... I thought I would review this product as I have just recently purchased one, yes it is 2009! It is my first foray onto the Mac platform and OS X. First Impressions Truthfully it s utterly beautiful. It s sleek and contemporary and is still aesthetically relevant today as it was when first revealed. The screen is a vibrant 17" with a wide screen aspect ratio and is infinitely adjustable from its link to the half sphere base. The transparent bezel adds style and an impression of greater size to the screen and it bears a simple iMac logo. The base has a stealthed DVD drive at the centre, above which is the iconic Apple logo in a chrome effect. Set Up Connec...
