I'd never had an acer until I got this one back in 2005. Came pre-loaded with Windows XP Home edition, had a P4-M 1.7 Ghz and 256MB of ram which i later upgraded to 768mb. What i first noticed about this laptop was how hot it ran and how it need the fan running at high constantly.
