I bought this monitor when I was building a new system and was fairly impressed by it. It's onscreen setup has proved useful for me, not only because it doesn't involve twisting little knobs and so on.. Resolution and refresh rate is as normal with this monitor. It manages 1024x768x32 no bother. Doesn't have many special features, but is a top quality 15" monitor all the same. Good quality and good price! - this monitor is well worth considering if you use your system on a daily basis.
I have bought several Belinea monitors and have been fairly impressed. The screen is very clear for a budget model. The monitor controls are on-screen and they are a little confusing at first, but you soon get used to them. Everything you need is only a couple of presses away. The main problem I had, and it’s inexcusable really – is that the manufacturer doesn’t supply a Windows driver disc to install the monitor. I had to download on from the Internet. I have noticed that these monitors are prone to flicker more than others that I have used. This may not be the general case though, so read other people’s views on this. Overall they are very good value and reliable. They also include a three-year on-site warranty, which shows how reliable the manufactures think the product is.
This is the best monitor I have ever bought. It cost me around £105 from Dabs Direct Mailorder www.dabs.com - Although the first monitor I received was faulty (after about 2 months), as Belinea offer a 3 year on-site warranty, they came the next day, gave me a new one, and took away the broken one. The monitor itself, is very good for the price I paid. I would recommend the Belinea brand to anyone. Very good equipment & service, at a very reasonable price. At the time, this was the cheapest monitor available, but even if it wasn't, I would now go for this make in the future, without hesitation.
