I was looking to purchase a cheap laptop. A work colleague recommended this so I went for it. This laptop is built by IBM, it is the probably the best spec that you can buy at this price. The laptop is solid build. It looks same as laptops that cost twice as much. I am not thrilled with Cel-M 370 1.5GHz processor and memory is not enough at 256MB. You need double that, that will cost between £30 - £40. Hard disk is 40GB, it has CD-RW/DVD and 15".
