only have 1 Gb of ram (two 512 MB slots) . The list of software included with the laptop is quite extensive and includes media players, account management software (which can be used with the biometric sensor) and a lot of extra s. The software is, generally, of premium quality but one application did conflict with Matlab. The hinges are also very tight and they do not seem to be breakable. On the other hand, the palm rest seems very fragile and mine is starting to crack which is definately not a good sign. I have, however, phoned LG and their costumer suport seems to be top-notch. Overall, a good laptop considering its price. Only a webcam is ...
