My husband and I just had both our cars fitted with the AutoWatch 172Ri/T remote immobiliser.
This is a fantastic system which can be installed as a remote immobiliser alone or as an alarm too.
Vehicle protection is automatic,you simply turn off your ignition as normal and the immobiliser will arm 30 seconds later.
To disarm the immobiliser momentarily,you press the button on your remote control,you will have thirty seconds to start your car before the immobiliser re-arms itself.
The alarm system has ultrasonic movement sensors.
The alarm will sound if the doors,bonnet or boot are opened while the alarm is on.
In the event of the alarm being accidentally switched off,if no door is opened within two minutes then again the alarm will re-arm.
This system has an anti-hotwire feature,and nuisance protection for false alarms.
The system can be connected to your central locking and electric windows.
This way you can press a button and your windows will close,doors will lock and alarm will activate.
If by accident you leave a door or the boot open a warning tone is heard when you set your alarm.
We had our alarms fitted by Auto Elite,I have to mention them as their standard of dedication to the job was beyond amazing.
We had our appointment for them to come out at 9am on the Saturday.
The installer turned up at 8.30am.
He spent from 8.30am until about 9pm that night outside in the pouring rain without even a grumble.
What topped it all was that he was having trouble with my central locking so he called another chap out from Auto Elite to assist,
would you believe that BOTH these men had travelled to fit our alarms in Egham Surrey,from BIRMINGHAM!
We were charged no extra.We paid £200 per car as we were quoted before installation.
All I can say is fantastic system,and highly professional service!
