I am really starting to get angry about phone locking. I know that companies have to make money but to lock there phone is starting to get stupid. At the moment the only comanpies that lock phone are Vodafone and one2one. This is such a pain for people who want top take there mobiles aboard and buy a pre pay sim from that country. Neally all operator are locking pre pay phones. I have around three nokia phone and travel alot and to tend to buy other country sims. The reason for this is because it more cost effective to ring within the country rather than roaiming. I have found a way to unlock nokia phones which is not covered by warranty know as flash. You are able to rewrite the flash software on most of the nokia phones. You will need to buy a flasher cable which is not too expensive to think about how much you would save. I recommend that you read up about this before you begin. I hope this has been useful.
