I didn't choose this mobile phone, it was a free gift with my computer.



It's quite neat and small, but I have found it very fiddly to use.



Unfortunately I live in an area surrounded by hills where I can't get a good signal, so that made it quite difficult to practise with it. However, when I have visited friends and family and asked their help, they too, found the instructions confusing and muddled.



I have contacted customer services at Vodafone on three occasions and not been impressed with their service when I could finally get through.



This phone only rings three times and if you don't pick it up it the message service cuts in. Vodafone were unable to help with this which I found very annoying, as you can't always reach it that quickly if it's in the bottom of your bag.



I certainly wouldn't recommend this phone and will buy a different one at the earliest opportunity.
