Bought mine via Techtronics for a very reasonable price - especially as I got three great DVDs free. (don't think you do any more though) Certainly can't fault the picture or sound. The quality is excellent through my Panasonic 28" TV. I'm a bit of a fan of Panasonic goods - I remember my parents' first colour TV was a Panasonic, and we had it for years and there was no problems with it at all. My first TV was a Panasonic too - as it my video and new TV. Hense why I bought a Panasonic DVD player. The remote control is full of buttons, but the main ones are well placed and big enough. The layer change is noticeable, but only a fraction of a second. I can't compare that myself, but it sounds a hell of a lot better than many other players. I won't go over the specs, as there's places that go over it much better than I ever could. Suffice it say that the player is recommended.
