As sony`s latest portable music machine hits the streets, we wonder just how much smaller these little marvels can possibly get. Measureing less than 10cm`s and weighing only 30g, the music clip MC-S50 is a genuinely pocket sized music player for the 21st century! The music clip is designed to complement the sony VAIO notebook range but it works happily with any PC thats has a USB port. Styled with the tradmerk sony purple grey colour sceme and trendy curves, USB alao means its painless to set up and quick to transfer date. The music clip software is developed for use exclusively with Sony music products, encoding all your digital files to sony`s own ... Read the complete review

I bought the Sony Memory Stick Walkman after about 12 months of 'umming' and 'ahhing' over various makes, models and prices of MP3 players. Most of the MP3 players were either dull grey rectangles with a few plastic silver buttons, or very flashy and very expensive. Common features of all MP3 players I came across were that a) they weren't very well designed with the buttons in all the wrong places b) they were built terribly, out of creaky, thin plastics with little hard plastic buttons or were built of machined metal that scratched when it was put down, and again had hard plastic buttons. I then came across the ... Read the complete review

The fantastic Sony NW-MS7 is finally available for all us! The best built, solid player ive seen so far, smallest that you can ever imagine...uses ATRAC3 technology for music playback (a Sony's proprietary music compression format). The MS Walkman comes with a 64MB removable MagicGate secure memory stick module, rather than standard Smartmedia memory like other MP3 players. We have been waiting quiote long for the new sony memory stick walkman but now it has come we can expect to hear clear sounds. It features a backlit display, easy menu navigation with a very handy jog-wheel/push button. A USB connection provides you with fast music file transfer between ... Read the complete review

The future of univeral compatibility maybe here in the form of a Memory Stick. Although Sony designed it i'm not going to call it the Sony Memory Stick. The reason is that, as in the past, Sony invents and everyone takes and improvises. Anyway, the Memory Stick is a storage media for Digital cameras, computers and even the silly Sony robot. They are only some of the products now available, and the list is growing throughout many product categories. Imagine half a pack of chewing gum, well, that's the size of a Memory Stick. For example you plug the Memory Stick in your digital camera and you can save ... Read the complete review
