Disadvantages: none

Tefal , that's what my saucepans are and my frying pan too.

And if I might say so I am very happy with them.

When we got married many, many years ago we were given stainless steel pans. They were good maybe not quite the best and slowly deteriorated.
I felt the need to replace them. I had previously had to buy a new frying pan and bought a Tefal one I found it very good easy to clean.
So I went shopping and bought myself a 5 piece optimal green cookware set compromising of milk pan, 1.5, 2, 3,litre saucepans and a 24cm diameter frying pan. I bought them from Argos for £59.00p

My Tefal pans have a green enamel exterior with a non stick interior.
The non-stick interior is a coating of polyetrfluoroethylene (P.T.F.E.)
These pans have a lifetime guarantee for the coating as long as it not scratched.
it is possible to use metal utensils on it although I usually use wooden or my non stick ones.
The pans have stay cool ovenproof handles.
The centre of the frying pan has a thermo spot in the centre, which turns red when it is hot, useful when you want to seal the juices in a steak quickly.

To wash and care for my pans well my husband is chief washer upper.
We do not have a dishwasher, but they are dishwasher safe.
All you really need to wash them up is hot soapy water you can use a plastic non-stick scourer if they need it but my husband keeps them in good condition with just hot soapy water and a j cloth.

I have cooked many a variety of dishes in them and I can see we are going to have a long relationship together with my gas hob. I would certainly recommend them.
There is a site www.tefal.co.uk gives you a little more information.

Happy frying LOL Mary

I've wondered about pans being in electronics too! They must be some super fab pans I'm not aware of! Perhaps they stir the food for you... I digress...

Nice op but agree would have liked a little more for a VU ;)
