Advantages: lightweight, so stackable, looks good, works brilliantly
Disadvantages: manual
What a good little machine this is. The one I have is a slinky little silver number that you could take to a party anywhere... Gosh I had better start talking about the DVD Player and not the wife. Joking aside this is a real little gem that has a great look and is very light in weight. It does all the usual things that DVD players do and as you can see in the specs. it plays all the different formats that you could possibly want at the moment to play DVD, CD, CD-R etc. I have tried most of these and they are great. Must admit it might be time to throw away the old Cd player that sits alongside it, now if it could play tapes as well then it certainly would be. Having only just bought a tv that would take the player it has taken some wacking in the last week or so just to catch up with all those movies tha I already had on DVD format. Much better on a tv than the 19 inch monitor of my computer. There is only one drawback with this machine understanding the jibberish that is in the manual and then trying to make sense of the remote control, when you manage to get the right one that is. Do these things breed or what? I can definitely recommend this machine and since as it happens I've got the 110e at the moment (came free with the tv) I would say it is worth paying the little extra for this one because it takes all the formats unlike the 110e which does not. Anyway if you buy it at Dabs it is only about £20 more than those famous local shops like High price Comet, Rip off Currys and Dippy Dixons. Obviously there are better machines out there but for around £200 you can't do better than this one. Back I go to the tv, there is nothing better than watching Fleetwood Mac's Tusk with the USC marching band backing them.
