I am absolutely disgusted by Virgin mobile. My son has had his phone since November and still he cannot use it because he has an O2 sim card. We are now on our 3rd phone and it is still locked and no one seems to help. We just keep getting told "we will write to Sony Ericsson for the code to unlock it". I am sick to the back teeth with Virgin and would never buy a phone from them again.
