s far am concerened, virgin mobile is rubbish, i bought a new phone from them on the website,payment went, recieved an email that i will receive my order the next day, it never came, i later received another email that my order will delieverd on monday, it never came, i called the delivery company, and they said, they are yet to receive the order from virgin, i called virgin and they said they are looking for my order, i was put on hold for mor than 20 mins and these 0845 numbers cost alot, i called virgin five time, same old story, sent two emails, no one got back to me.
i am so disappointed, this is my first time with them and wont be going back again.i have requested my money back, rating is 0% over 100, will never ever go back again to virgin mobile again, very disappointed
