Lets face it there isn't a wide variety of games on the Mac. I have always bought Macs and followed Macs and believe them to be the best computers out there. The gorgeous iMac's are beautiful, fast and reliable. Shame there's almost no games to play on them. It is really hard to find mac games. You are often left with two strategies: (1) Buy online (2) Download freeware or shareware. Buying online is obviously packed with the usual worries of online security. Not to mention that the site could be American and balancing the cost of shipping against delivery time could mean waiting several weeks for your games to arrive. There are a large number of mac games available as freeware or shareware. You can also find commercial demos of the (limited) mac games available. A couple of good sites are ...
