Advantages: Try before you buy;, sales would increase;, Customers would be satisfied.

Disadvantages: Initial cost to set up., Would need montoring and controlling;

How many times have you bought an expensive new game, only to find it's not quite what you thought. You can't change it, so it sits there until you either give it away or use it in part exchange.
It would be nice if you could have a try play before buying it. Quite a few of the net sites now let you do just that, but how many people do not have a pc, just a games consul.
Why don't the shops that sell the games keep a copy of the new games, so you can sit down and test it.
You can read a book in the library before borrowing it. You can test an armchair before buying it.
It would not be difficult to control, and I am positive it would increase sales. Many a time I have returned a game to the shelf because I don't want to commit that kind of money to a game I might not like. Whereas a 10 minute try would help me decide.
I would even be happy to pay a small charge for this service as in the long run it would save me money, and sales would benefit.
So come on, somebody out there, how about giving it a try. You might be surprised.
