I was expecting WWE Wrestlemania X9 to be a hit game but it did not turn out that way. The game featured a bigger roster around this time with superstars like Kurt Angle, Triple H, The Rock in the game. The quality of the game though was the major problem with the game. Most of the gameplay had changed in the game and the problem was game play was more slow in the game. Graphics had been improved well in the game that wrestlers in the game did actually look real. The story mode in the game was really bad though as you would have to work your way up the ladder in the game to fight for the title. Create a wrestler mode feature in the game had new options in it so you could make your wrestler more realistic in the game. Playing against the computer I found the game too easy it was so easy to win matches against the CPU in the game. The most realistic part of the game was the wrestlers entrances which were done realistic in the game. Kurt Angle even had his proper fireworks at the time which made the game feel very real.
