The match itself generated a few moments of quality play, and was definately interesting on the rare occasions when I could shake off my considerable apathy towards the dull teams. Sorry, but that just about summed it up. There are loads of good-looking games coming up (the England games, France/Holland etc), so the likes of this, with two less-than-interesting teams, pales next to them. While not a bad game, in itself, I found it hard to work up any form of excitement about these two teams. Where is the glamour or exotic players? Answer: There are none.
