I live in Cheddar and i work in the famously known Cheddargorge. It runs for about 3 miles from the top of the mendips into the village. The shops are mostly gift shops and are good value for money and offer a wide range of gifts for familys and visitors to buy. Also at the bottom there is Cheddar Caves, there are two cave such as Goughs which is the largest cave and Cox's which is just as nice but a little smaller. There is also a cheddar cheese factory as cheddar is famous for its cheese! This is the only place in Cheddar where you can see cheese being made. There are cafe's and a couple of resturaunts.
