Most entertaining game indeed in the group D! Zidane was in great form and Henry has been outstanding...Anelka has had a few opportunities that he could not net but he has proved he is a striker with class: he will definitely impress us again!

France did not miss their first half as they often do, as Blanc saved Anelka's opportunity early in the game.

Yet Denmark pressured France early in the game and if they had scored early as they could have, it might have been a different outcome! Barthez was the man of the match as once again he proved he is one of the best in the World...Manchester must be pleased!
