I have always found kids like these,whether it be from us grown ups or gifts from the kids to friends,teachers e.t.c.I love looking on market stalls and in pound shops.You can pick up colourful mugs ,two for £1 on my local one,also little teddies,paper weights,yo-yo's ,aliens e.t.c,all at two for £1 (or 60p each) I buy these,along with some sweets or ,candy canes are good at christmas,superdrug sell them at about 99p for twelve.I also save the cellophane you get on cards .I put a teddy(for example) some sweets,and a candy cane or two in a mug,pop the mug in the cellophane bag,secure the top with some festive ribbon,a christmas tag and hey presto,a cheap but expensive looking gift for about£1.50p max.I have seen similar in the shops for at least a fiver.Another thing I pick up cheap are baskets,three for a pound, I fill them with nuts or sweets,cover in the cellophane,add a bow and I have another cheap present.I love that cellophane,that , along with a bow can make bottles of wine,little teddies,toiletries e.t.c look quite expensive.I will leave my ideas at that for now,as I feel a bit of a saddo being the first one to write here.If I see any promising comments I will come back with more suggestions, if not , I'll get my coat ! I look forward to reading any other suggetions on this.
