I have been using 18866.com for six months now. They have the cheapest rates for international calls. Even phoning in the UK is cheaper than any other provider (10p to mobile Mon-Friday, 2p weekends). All you have to do is register on the website and give a credit card number. Invoice can be viewed online. The line is very clear to which ever country you dial. It?s the best rate you can find. I highly recommend them.
