Lineker, GaryNewest Review: ... football. Hmmmm Gary has grown into his role as THE football anchorman. Gone are the cringe worthy autocue squints that affected him early on. He is now confident and brings out the best in the guests who sit with him. Whereas Des Lynam played the uneducated neutral, Gary is a seasoned pro that talks about football with other pros in layman?s terms.
