Some of my Christmas wishes are for myself, some are for others.

1. I would like a large house with a bedroom for each of my 4 children and a spare one for me as hubby is the world's worst snorer. It would need to have a garden large enough for a rugby pitch and a go kart track. Also a games room with 4 of every computer or console and 4 copies of every game in the hope it may stop the arguing over who's turn it is.

2. I would like Santa to be tough on the kids who bully and misbehave at school, making life difficult for the teachers and victims. If these kids were left out for a year maybe they would change their ways.

3. I would like every family to have enough money for a good Christmas. It doesn't have to be anything wonderful, just a good dinner and some presents for their family and friends.

4. I would like my kids to get up at a decent time on Christmas morning then I won't be nodding off during the Christmas pud.

5. I would like everybody to remain healthy over Christmas. We all know someone who has died or been ill over Christmas and as it is supposed to be a happy time all illness should be put on hold.

6. I would like all the fighting in the world to stop, not just for Christmas but it would be a start.

7. I would like all the lonely people to be able to share Christmas with a friend or family. It saddens me that the suicide rate rises over Christmas because people feel so alone.

8. I would like husbands to be more helpful. Christmas can be stressful when you have to make dinner for all your family and all his family while he sits playing with the new train set. By the time you have finished the dishes everyone is asking for turkey sandwiches. A little help would be greatly appreciated (hint hint).

9. I would like it to snow on Christmas day because the kids find it magical. To make life easier for those who have to travel maybe it could just snow in the garde
ns.

10. I would like to have a bath without shouts of "mum where's......." every five minutes and without having to remove mud and grass first.

A lovely wish list. Make sure you send your list off to santa!

Definately snow, but I'm afraid I will have to keep pestering my mother as she seems to be the only person who can find anything in our house! (She will get a very nice present as compensation though BTW!) :-)

Oh, the bath - and please, not to have to wash the soap first! Sue :)
