I dont actually buy a lottery ticket twice a week, or every week however i od still buy one every couple of weeks or so, and im not sure why because the only thing i am sure about is that im never actually going to win it. That couple who won £3,000,000 on the National Lottery should have been more careful. It is their responsibiliy to keep the ticket safe, therefore I don't think that Camelot should pay out the money to them. The ticket states that it must be produced in order to make a claim. I believe that this money should be donated to charity. On the other hand today I saw an article where a syndicate had done the same thing and lost the ticket. They also did not claim within the specified 30 days, it was over double that period. I think in the modern world there are two types of people. One can study or work hard in life or just have a dream and go for it. And they other waits for life to come along whilst buying lottery tickets. Its reckoned they recycle one in 500 dole cheques through the lottery in Great Britain as this group spends the most of their income on the 13 million to one chance. Through in the fags and beer tax return and you quickly recover the revenue.
