Disadvantages: Not for vegetarians

Delight your young relatives, and plenty of the older ones with a purse from Tula - especially if you put some money in as well. Shopping for a new purse today I found several quality leather purses in really gorgeous designs.

I bought a horse one for myself, for £9.50, form a local department store. It is about five inches long, and four inches high, and is a lovely dark sable brown colour. It even has a little red leather saddle on its back, a little cut leather mane, and plastic eyes, and looks a lot like a saggy children’s toy horse. Although it looks like a toy, it is not, and carries a label stating that it should not be given to children under five.

I have my eye on a few others as presents, a penguin, an elephant (aww), and a tortoise/turtle. You can also get fruit and fish purses from the same range, at between £9.50 and £7.50. I saw them in two quality shops in town, one of which is part of a chain with an e-commerce web site.

I checked out the web site, www.leatherlabels.com, a Leeds based firm, and found that there are some Tula fruit purses available online, for £7.50 each, a fish at £9.49, and a few other purses, in the shape of cat and dog heads, that are also really sweet, and a little cheaper at £4.99 each.

The shopping cart is fairly straightforward on the leatherlabels site, and postage is £1.50 for orders in the the UK.

The page with the animal purses is at: www.leatherlabels.com/acatalog/leatherlabels_com_P urses_65.html

If you look around you may be able to find a shop that stocks Tula purses, if not, www.leatherlabels seems like a reasonable alternative, although they don’t have the range that a shop will.

Thank you very much for this opinion. I have to admit I was not that exited by the purses on the website as my kids have already got some, but I am a largish person and have difficulty finding belts to fit. There is a very large selection on this site even for big people like me. so Thanks again.
