Other Mobile Phones...Newest Review: ... cried the rather delicious man at the counter in MediaMarkt. Within seconds the whole of the mobile department was in front of me. “It must be 5 years old”, exclaimed one with awe. “Six”, I mumbled noticing all the customers were now looking in my direction. Once the show was over though, they were quite helpful, and took me into the back office, speaking fluent English as they did so (I took in my broken 3-pin charger so they knew were I came from. It wasn’t my British accent, honest). The backroom geeks as they are affec... more |

The German for mobile is „Handy“ based, I think, on the fact that it fits into the palm of your hand. If this is true, a Mitsubishi 230i wasn’t what they were picturing when they came up with the name. My phone is, to put it bluntly, a brick. That’s not an exaggeration. Want some measurements? 2.5cm thick and 4.5cm wide. The length varies from 13cm when the phone’s closed up to 20cm when the flip cover is open. Honestly, I’ve known men smaller than that… Before you start to worry, I did not buy this phone new. In fact, I did not buy it at all. A friend got a new one and gave it to me as she no longer needed it. It is a ... Read the complete review

The Kyocera 2235 mobile phone is new to the market and not yet seen in many places within the UK, however Kyocera mobile phones are popular in USA. The 2235 is the one of the latest additions to Kyocera’s 2200 series. And is a nice, small and comfortable phone With 200 name locations, and 5 locations within each name location, you can store up to 1000 numbers, anyone with that many phone numbers needs a secretary, not a mobile phone!!! No really you do. The phone its self is about 3 ½ inches long, 1 ½ inches wide and less than 1cm thick, the only problem being the antenna, especially after having a Nokia 3210 for several years. You know that old saying, 'You only get what you pay for'? Well the Sagem MC920 handset is a definitive example. I purchased this mobile phone handset during January 2001 at a time where I had little cash but was in desperate need of a mobile phone. When the shiny little MC920 appeared I thought it was a godsend at first at only £39.99 but I soon realised that what the phone saved me in money it would cost me in patience. The phone doesn't look to bad. As far as I know it comes in 3 colours which are green, black and silver and the phone is also quite light although it's not very small compared to most of the other phones on the market ... The Samsung SPH-N200 that I ended up buying online from the Sprint Cellular Online Store is a knockoff of a more popular Samsung phone, the SCH-3500, which was Sprint's top-selling model until recently. However, the SPH-N200 has a larger phosphorescent green screen, is shorter, slimmer, lighter, and generally has more in the way of features than its immediate forerunner. The tinier size makes dialing numbers easy, and navigating the phone's menu with just one hand is not all that tricky. It fits nicely in my pants pocket, but you won't be asking if I'm just happy to see you... lol. Besides minor changes to the screen, this Samsung phone also has ... Read the complete review

Well here is another new phone from Trium the Neptune its should be out in the shops any time now has I have had one to use for a couple of days thought I would tell u all what I think of it. Well up until now it has to be said that mobile phones have not exactly been colourful in the UK. Just have a look the next time you’re in a phone shop think you will see what I mean. So the Neptune makes you take notice of it straight away as soon as you see the sticking colours. In fact when looking at the Neptune it reminds you of the Apple Macintosh with its translucent plastic. Due to this you can see all the inside workings of the phone very nice if you like ...
