THE SUITS! THE BACKSETTING! wow! they just screamed class! especially the glowing mic stand, but somehow, they just didnt seem to have the usual energy as the usual performances on the Muse and Coldplay tours..which is a shame, i really wanted them to do well and prove all my mates wrong. Still, they did play some good songs from the 'much against everyone's advice album' and even brought on some dodgy bloke to play a wierd drum machine thing...which made the whole thing surreal. Soulwax's suits stole the show here, along with the mike stand that lit up. Soulwax were okay live, there was nothing wrong with their performance, but it seemed to lack something. They were ok, but their stage presence wasn't amazing. There wasn't anything about them live that made me want to listen to them that much and it may have been lack of effort or just lack of stage presence. My friends who are big Soulwax fans enjoyed the show, but said it was lacking aswell, the music however is really good and I reccomend buying it, i predict that this band are going to be big, especially with the airplay that they have been getting on Radio 1.
