Awful, awful awful. Actually took a picture in with me because I know exactly what I wanted (kinda layered shag, with hair coming into the face from top and sides). She looked at it a couple of times and I thought I was ok.... She fecking cut all my hair off. Cut all the sides and fringe off, I was left with a fecking Hoxton fin!!! Jesus! If I wanted that I would have asked for one!!! They are fecking evil and seem to delight in butchering peoples hairstyles! STEER CLEAR!
