i had been hairdressing for 5 years travaled all over england and did it for a year on a cruise ship when i settled down i went to supercuts and they took me on at min wage without seeing any proof of my skills my wage didnt go up when min wage went up but then they took a collage leaver on at a higher wage i left asap not all stylists are bad its the company who dont care they take anyone on good or bad complaints are just wasted paper to them and when they are taken on they are treated like children with no say in anything the staff get unreachable targets and get screamed at for not reaching them which is why clients get pushed into buying something they dont want or get a rubbish haircut because some of these so called stylists want you out so they can fit in another one your no longer a person at supercuts just another number and the clients are just walking money taken for mugs a word of advice to anyone wanting to work for them dont do it they will ruin your cofidence and belittle you into thinking you are rubbish so you dont mind working as a slave for min wage and to the public you can do better save up n go somewhere to someone who cares
