Disadvantages: still expensive despite claiming to be cheap and uncooperative

I went to supercuts on evening to get a new haircut as I was feeling a bit rubbish. They told me they would not be able to re style my hair as it wasn't washed. Naturally, I asked for it to be washed and they said no because their was an hour or so until closing and they wouldn't have time to dry it. I said ok well can u wash it and I'll just dry it off quickly myself, it will only take two minutes they then told me they weren't insured. S i said can you just blow dry it so its damp yourself then , it will take a bit as my hair isd very thin. They said no we'll just give you a trim. Then when I sat down they were moaning that my hair was to greasy, despite me washing it that morning and that they didn't want to cut it unless it was wahed. All in all a complete waste of time. In the end they gave me a little trim but its not what I wanted and they were very rude and uncaring. The best bit was when I asked the stylist howbad perms were for your hair, and she responded ' what's a perm?'. Shambles.
