Advantages: Good stylist, good price
Disadvantages: poorly decorated
I am a hair-o-holic, i love trying out new hair styles and dying my hair. I have had my hair cut in so many different salons, ranging from Tony & Guy, Rush, Keiren Mullen, Keith Hall, Waring... so many hairdressers so little time to type.
Anyway i recently ahve had a bit of a cash flow problem and decided I need a hair cut, I went to supercuts in Uxbridge after some online searching. My other options were Planet Hairdressing which was £34, Short and Curleys trainee £17.50 whom last time id asked to keep my length at my shoulders and ended up with a shaven bob! Tonya nd Guy was around £50, Rush in the £30 region, local hairdresser £10, but they make my mums hair awful, so I thought id give supercuts a go. Now i came on dooyoo and read some pretty bad reviws but i thought i'd give them a go.
So off I went, I advised the hairdresser, id like to keep my length, but lots of layers to make it a bit edg. It was awsome! My ahir is now still at my shoulders with lots of layers, my fringe blends into my ahir, if im at the office it falls nicely, but for nights out it can be messy, its great!!! The hairdresser herself, Emma, was great! she chatted to you, got you involved in conversations with other staff membersm, and the talking wasn't that boring where did you go on holiday rubbish!
The Haircut (DRY) was £12.95, bargain! I also bought a tigi BedHead wax in the sale for £2! What an absolute baragain!
That night i dyed my ahir watermelon red, and went into work and everybody thought id spent a bomb on it! RESULT!!
The only downpoints id say would be that the salon wasn't greatly decorated, the staff are maybe a bit chavvu, but its a bargain, for £12.95 i wouldnt complain!
Summary: worth the money!
