Firstly im saddened by all the negative reviews for Supercuts as I work in the Ipswich branch,and am very proud to be part of a small but well balanced team.
We work brilliant as a team,despite our varied ages,but this means we have heaps of experience between us, and this in turn makes the experience for the clients a happy one.
On entering our salon, we try to be attentive to you,at all times.Every client is shown to their seat BEFORE every service,even if its only for a dry trim,for a consultation,in order to establish what they want,and it is at that moment we tell them the price,so we are all clear on the service being provided, and most importantly,we do not talk over our clients to anybody else!
You cannot change the prices set,unless you decide to add to your chosen service during your visit,but again you would be informed of the price change.
I believe our prices are very reasonable considering the prices set through our town,but the most expensive is £29.95 cut/wash & treatment!!
I obviously cant speak for other branches but i know in my heart youl be happy with ours ..
