went into the manchester arndale salon with picture and asked for that haircut my hair looks nothing like it it is also benn cut too short uneven and fringe starts halfway across my forehead when i complained te staff became rude the worst salon i have ever benn too i checked them out after this disater and ound out the are known for dodgey haircuts whatever you do dont go

id just like to say from reading some of the reviews on here that you can not slag of a company due to bad experiences, its the stylists you are going to not the company. I've started going to Supercuts in Gloucester. I have been there 3 times and I cannot complain at all. My hair has been cut by two different stylists. I always have the cheap basic cut and my hair has always been cut really well. I have thick fine hair with a kink and so it's not the easiest hair to style. The staff have always used the professional products that they sell in the shop e.g. Redken, Regis etc, and they have always shown me what they are putting on my hair before applying it. Also the staff have never tried to force me into buying products, which I think happens a lot in other salons. I have been to many salons, and so far Gloucester Supercuts is one of the best. My hair has never been in better condition!

I went to Supercuts in READING last week. This was my WORST haircut ever. I wanted a few subtle long layers for body, and explained exactly what I wanted but the hairdresser either didn't understand (she was from Latvia) or didn't care, or couldn't cut hair properly! It also took ages - an hour and a quarter. I wasn't sure about it when I left, but didn't realise the full extent of the mess until I washed it. I went back on yesterday, they didn't care that I was unhappy (can you come back on Friday - no - my hair is a mess!). Then found a proper hairdressers who has at least managed to tidy up my butchered hair. Don't go to Supercuts - pay a bit more if necessary and see someone who is qualified!

Tried the new Supercuts in Nuneaton this week and was very impressed. Went in very early and the manager did a fab cut on my long and out of condition hair. Left looking and feeling a million dollars. Have had loads of comments on how good it looks so would definately recommend him to everyone.

I had been to Supercuts in Arndale, Manchester, opposite to Argos. It's undoubtedly the worst hair cut I have had till date. For no reason, she had to shampoo my hairs, costing total of £16.50. I have to say that l will never go back. On arrival there were five customers waiting. I had to wait for over an hour to finally be dealt with by this time l was feeling very discruntled so l opted for just the cut as l was lumbered with the poor junior stylist who seemed to be doing the majority of the workload whilst her manager and senior stylist only emerged from time to time to look at the till.

Supercuts had been recommended to me by a friend in Churchill Square, Brighton. My haircut was shoddy and carried out it a slapdash fashion. The manager ought to be more hands on and take a course in customer service.

Never again !!!.

Im writing a review based on i am a supercut employee. And many times i hear the oposite story. I always find it so funny that we are so cheap and yet people will complain on the internet but yet not tell the stylist. But when people go to an exspensive saloon and come to me to fix it, they would never complain to them because they wouldnt want to offend them.. I can only speak for myslef of course, but i am from a california market. All of my girls stive to exceed the customers expectations, the worst mistake is when a customer does not tell us what is wrong.
I would urge everyone who has a bad haircut at supercuts to please go tell the manager. Its the best option for you and your stylist.

I went to supercuts in Stratford Upon Avon and i was met by a very funky friendly young man. He made me feel very special. He took the time to ask me what i wanted. Asked what i like about my hair and what i didnt like about my hair. He then went through about 10 diffrent ideas for my hair, taking in to account the amount of time i like to spend on my hair.
The end result of my hair cut was amazing, he was a truly amazing stylist and it showed. He had confidence and he knew what he was doing.
So if you ever want an amazing haircut and a bit of banter at the same time, please pay him a visit. he would change your ideas on supercuts...

This is the worst haircut I have ever received. I wonder who hires these people. I came home to find out that the woman cut my banks not only crookedly, but my banks have long and short parts to them. I have no choice but to go somewhere else for someone to fix my hair. All I needed was a trim and instead I walked out with crooked banks. What are the standards to get hired at
SUPERCUTS. I am shocked that people continue to go there.

I have to give Supercuts in Hull a really good review. I went in today asking for my hair to be tidied up with a quick trim and came out feeling like a million dollars. The girl was really good and did a fantastic job on my hair. I was thrilled with it.
