[INTRO]
Well, seeing as it's SO close to christmas, i figured i'd give this list a go. i haven't been writing much lately, and this seems like the perfect topic to get back into the swing of things on.
But what to put in a top ten wishlist? there is really 2 different types of thingsyou can put in there, which i have noticed throughout the site. one of course, is the materialistic items, physical items. things which are used by us. and the second is definitely more of a wish. things like world peace, and an end to war. things which you wouldn't find under the tree on christmas morning.

But when writing an opinion on our christmas wishlist, what do you put? putting materialistic items, to me, would make me seem selfish in a way. but putting the wishes, would make me feel a bit of a weirdo. it's hard to explain what i mean, and how i think, and that's just me, but i couldn't just put one or the other.

I guess, although my reasoning for not putting a list full of wishes may make no sense. its because i can't explain what i mean. So, i decide to put half materialistic and half wishes. well thats how i *hope* it will work!! anyways, here are my wishes/wishlist:

[NUMBER 1]
my first item is really more then one item. i would want, all the cd's that i have been looking to get for ages, but never had the money for. there must be a million cd's that i would pick up and buy had i the chance, but alas, i can't. so i wish for it here. all teh cd's from punk-rock to metal to [dun dun dun] a few pop albums as well. yep, thats right. my music tastes have widened a lot of late, and i feel that i have a more eclectic taste in music these days.
anyway, there one!

[NUMBER 2]
Happyness for those around me. and even those whom i don't know. pure and sipmle. i am one of those people who can't bear to see people unhap


py, and see people argue, so i try to make people laugh, so they aren't unhappy or they don't argue. when two people are arguing, i butt in and try to lighten the situation because i can't bear to see or hear arguing.
so making everyone happy, would be one of the greatest things that could happen. it would make me so happy, for everyone else to not need to be upset.
so there's two!

[NUMBER 3]
For me to start a band, and go on tour! this may seem like a weird choice, but i have been trying to start a band for so long now. yet i don't know anyone anywhere near me, who actually likes the same music as me. i want to play in an emo/post-hardcore/hardcore/screamo band, and no-one likes that type of music. so i gave resigned to starting a band by myself, with just me and my acoustic guitar. like Dashboard Confessional, OneLineDrawing and so many others. but what i really want, is to get up on stage with my electric guitar, and do some Finch covers. i know it will happen one day, hell i will MAKE it happen, but right now, it's a wish for me.

[NUMBER 4]
NO WAR. war is the most horrible thing i have come to know. it is a strangely interesting topic to me, but i don't want it to happen. Men and women killing other men and women, is a horrifying thought. especially when the deceased are innoccents of something they had nothing to do with. it needs to end, and it needs to end soon.

[NUMBER 5]
a new guitar. i need a new guitar, if i am going to be in a band [see number3]. preferably i would like to get an electric guitar, so that i could get distorted! this may seem very materialistic, and it is, but hell, music is literally my life, and makingmusic would be and is a big part of that. so musical instruments it is!

[NUMBER 6]
this one would have to be my favourite wish. i want to see all my favourite bands on one gig. y'know like a big festival al lfor me. bands that i would like

that last one may sound weird, but it isnt a joke! i really wouldnt mind seeing him!

PEACE. this one goes a lot with war. we need peace, because anything else is too horrid. why people can't be nice to each other is beyond me, but i would dearly like to see it happen. it breaks my heart to see hate between anyone, be it two people or two countrys. so i wish for Peace. World Peace.

At this point in time, i can't think of anything else that i could possibly want for christmas. so i will leave it at 7. maybe sooner or later, i will find more to add, and i will change this opinion accordingly, but right now, this is it. hope you enjoy!

note: i wish any of this would come true, but i know that my list of seven (with the possible exceptions of number 3 and 5) will never happen. but isn'twishlists all about wishes?
