South Korea 2 italy 1 a golden goal four minutes form time by South Korea!!!!

This world cup is fast become the most famous ever as one by one the so called BIG teams or the favourites get knocked out by shock defeats.

France, the European and World Cup Champions knocked out in the opening round after not scoring one single goal.

Argentina, who romped the South American qualifying section miles ahead of the likes of Brazil, also knocked out in the first round.

Cameroon and Nigeria, the two African nations cup finalists-out.

Now Italy out to the hands of South Korea.

There could never have been and probably never will be again a World Cup quit like this! Who's left, Brazil, England, Spain and Germany???
Can't really think of any more teams who I think could win it. Then again I was sure Italy would beat South Korea so will Spain?

More to the point Senegal, they beat France and Sweden can we write them off with Turkey in Quarter Finals. Or South Korea after their displays, espescially against Italy, with the home crowd behind them you never know.

Looking at the draw, with england and Brazil to meet each other and the Spanish not being overly impressive I'd have to say Germany have the best chance of winning it. Only time will tell!
