Wormeries ... worms go in and the worms go out, they go in thin and they come out stout…… I’m pretty sure that a large number of people don’t think a great deal of worms and the chances that they might consider keeping them in your house or garage are pretty slim. The thing is worms are useful little creatures and I hope what I’m about to write might go some way to changing your mind. Worm fact#1 Earthworms are hermaphrodites. So, each worm has both male and female sex organs, it’s a wonder they ever get round to doing anything….. Now I’m not suggesting you keep worms as pets, if it tickles your fancy you could I suppose but ... Read the full review: Theres a worm at the bottom of the garden by Diaz |

Wormeries ... fat juicy ones, wee skinny skooshy ones - see how they wriggle and squirm! But these are no ordinary worms my friend, these are tiger worms or 'Eisenia andrei' - a native species of compost worms that can eat their own weight in organic waste every day. Greedy little blighters they are . . . . So they're not your common or garden earthworms then? Oh no dear reader, these are all-singing, all-dancing, all-consuming (literally) worms that can help you turn your garden into an organic, fertile land in just a few months. All they ask in return is regular feeding, and a bit of TLC, and they will soon produce a high quality liquid feed as well as a rich o... Read the full review: I've got worms! by themoomin |
