The price was good, although not the cheapest, but we felt that their level of service warranted it. When the system came, with full colour CAD plans and detailed fitting instructions we were delighted because it was obvious what each bit did, and it really was simple and fast to fit (we hadn't believed them when they said this to us!). From our first contact with this company they went the extra mile to ensure that we were getting a system to suit our property. We had tried several other companies but were frustrated by the time they took to return our calls, and thhe way they made it seem such a black art.
