Advantages: Easy to install, No Radiators to take up wall space, Friendly company who want to help

Disadvantages: Can't think of any

From our first contact with this company they went the extra mile to ensure that we were getting a system to suit our property.

We had tried several other companies but were frustrated by the time they took to return our calls, and thhe way they made it seem such a black art.

We duly sent our plans off to several companies and were pleased when Continenrtal responded with a fully detailed free quotation with 5 days - we waited up to 6 weeks for the other companies.

The price was good, although not the cheapest, but we felt that their level of service warranted it.

When the system came, with full colour CAD plans and detailed fitting instructions we were delighted because it was obvious what each bit did, and it really was simple and fast to fit (we hadn't believed them when they said this to us!).

There are a lot of companies out there now selling underfloor heating systems, but from our experience we reckon Continental are a good bet, because they stuck to their service promises - something that does seem rare these days.

Is it electric heating or a piped water system? What did it cost?

Hi and welcome to dooyoo. Nicely written, but as the others say. Like kimgraham I would have liked to have known what under floor heating actually is. Have a read around the site and enjoy. Valerie
