Advantages: Concept is good

Disadvantages: Very few people want to service these - getting a plumber who can help is hard

Keston is a good concept but getting the boiler serviced regularly or finding a service contract is a nightmare. Our boiler has gone wrong 5 times in 3 years. I could not recommend anyone to ever choose this boiler, pick something more mainstream, it's worth paying a little more for your boiler if it is reliable and (if it isn't as mine is) you can get a service contract for it so you don't get fleeced every time it goes wrong.

Summary: Good concept but unreliable and very few people service them
