Advantages: Very few that I can see

Disadvantages: Seriously unreliable

I bought a C55 Keston. it was very expensive and is the most unreliable, useless crock of sh*t I have ever installed. It broke down within 4months of installation. Keston replaced nearly every working part and still it doesn't work reliably though it's only 3years old. How did they win all those awards? If anyone reads this, DO NOT INSTALL ONE unless you are a qualified Corgi plumber yourself. They must do a roaring trade in spares as twice a year something packs up. What a con!
If a car malfunctions as frequently as this, and if other people experience the same problems, there's an enquiry. Why is this company continuing to advertise and prasie its products. Now, hardly any plumber I know is willing to recommend them as they cause such grief and it's the poor plumber who gets it in the neck when in fact the product is defective.

Summary: I will never recommend them and if this goes on will bite the bullet and re-install another make.
