	Flying Flowers ... Flowers sell flowers by post and by courier and you can order online, over the phone or via post. Their catalogues come monthly and i would recommend these as the best way to choose you bouquet as the photographs are much better than the ones online. If you order by post make sure you leave a couple of weeks or it s unlikely that they will arrive on the day you hope they will. Ordering online is quick and simple unless you have trouble getting it to accept the address you want to send to. Over the phone i have received a very mixed response. 	North Kesteven District Council ... have moved into the District NK area as it is now branded, a little over 12 months ago. With it being our first house together we were a little slow on the uptake and got behind with things such as council tax and other necessary council related forms. Fortunatley when we did get around to sorting such things out the guys at North Kesteven were ever so understanding, they helped talk us through the stages we needed to take, how we needed to pay and all of those sort of things. They even let us set up our payment schedule on Council Tax to account for our later start on payments, rather than just demanding it all up front. Something that was very useful indeed. Refus... 	Newtownabbey Council ... is a small council within northern ireland. They are a part of arc 21 which is a network of all the councils in northern ireland. They are not as big as Belfast city council. They have a good team though and very well orgainsed. They have various lesiure centres around newtownabbey and some nice parks too , that they look after well. They have good services for when you are looking your bins emptied they have there own clensing section and also heavy goods collections which is big things that are bulky that you can not dump yourself.
