Banners and Buttons on dooyoo in general

I was actually surprised when I recently read on the Community page of Dooyoo that banner are now banned. I understand this only applies to those of us who are logged in and I appreciate the fact that Dooyoo recognizes the value of the registered users who write and rate and do not want the system to be slowed down by banners. However, banners remain one of the major source of revenues for companies like Dooyoo, unless I am wrong and they are now able to resell our content at a much higher price than what they may derive from advertisement. I think that a consumer site needs to accept that some advertisers may want to enter into partnership with us. ...

I am not against banners on Dooyoo because I believe this how they make at least part of their money and since I know that money do not grow on trees, if I want to get my nice reward, may be an Amazon voucher, somewhere these money have to come from. However, the other day i noticed that they have an advert from Vodafone which has sound attached to it, and i believe this was slowing a bit the whole website. Although connection to Dooyoo is good, and has become better and better, this is something they may want to take notice of. The other thing is that they seem to have not too many banners, because they are always the same popping up. And, talking ...
