I live in Belfast and I am very happy with the services the council provide.Everyday I see cleansing staff out litterpicking in the citycentre and around streets were I live.I also see them hail rain or snow up entries lifting rubbish that peole just throw out their back and expect the council to lift it.These men work very hard and do a good job. Wow, what really poor website design. The official Belfast City Council website seems to be designed by someone in possesion of the following things: 1.) An internet connection. 2.) A poor quality scanner 3.) A tourist's guide to Belfast which has been chopped up and fed through the scanner. 4.) A beginers guide to HTML entitled "So you want to build a website !" 5.) No sense of layout, style or beauty. I can picture this guy being hired; "So Mr Xxx, you have no knowledge of web design whatsoever, and very little knowledge of what the internet is, or how computers work.
