If you want to visit Brighton, leave your car at home! The members of the council must have been dropped on their heads at birth, to come up with the current parking situation. It may have settled into place eventually for residents, but the council, in all their wisdom, seem to have forgotten that Brighton is actually a TOURIST attraction! So, here's the average day in the life of a visitor! Arrive after 9AM, and look for a parking space. See plenty of parking spaces, all over the place.
