dooyoo banners

Well I don't know if it's just my pc but I've had nothing but problems accessing dooyoo. The problem seems to eminate from one popup banner ad that's 4"x3", I don't know what it is since it just doesn't load properely. After it tries to load it just crashes IE and I have to load it all up again. Now the next thing I'm going to download is a popup blocker and I suspect that a lot of people already use one to access this site. So if the popup's are being blocked and for the people who haven't loaded a popup blocker it stops them viewing dooyoo isn't it time dooyoo scrap this form of advertising ? Advertising it what pays the bills, it's a fact. Without it we'd have fewer TV channels to watch, fewer radio stations and now fewer websites. Having browsed several other opinions on this subject it seems that the general consensus is that advertising is a bit of a pain in ass. However it also seems that it's the nature of some of these adverts that get's up peoples noses. Right now I am looking at a simple animatd banner for Ladbrokes Casino, it's not doing any harm apart from creating some movement on the screen. Well, that's the wax out of my ears! I went in to search for a category today and suddenly.... KABOOOOOOM KACHIIING and several plumes of smoke later I am told that I could win loads of wonga. I'd had a pretty tiring day at work and the prospect of never doing it again sounded super.
