Advantages: MONEY FOR DOOYOO

Disadvantages: EVERYTHING ELSE

The honeymoon is over?

I really spend too much time on dooyoo. I am a literary slut who loves the fact that this site has allowed me not only to voice my opinions, while also allowing me to hear people who I wouldn't neccessarily meet in my real life.

John Major was more colourful...

The banners have never struck me as anything particularly amazing and this comes from a woman who will eagerly meander down most paths on the internet.

The banners are dull. About as dull as a night out with a teatotal spinster called Mable, who smells of cat wee.

Surely dooyoo can think of an alternative.. like each member can choose which product can appear on their page, from a list of dooyoo sponsors?

I do realise that sponsorship is important, but these banners have not tempted me to buy anything and I usually use any excuse to shop!

I only want Johnny Depp to flash at me..

The 'new' additions of the dooyoo selector doodah thingymajiggy is hardly a great acomplishment for dooyoo. I mean it is like Jordan. It's there but what does it actually do? Does it have a purpose if so, please enlighten me.

Finally, the sorest point of this opinion. In fact the reason why I decided to write this ... THE NOKIA POP UP.

Not content with pointless adverts on the television, the Nokia people have found a new home on dooyoo.

This has annoyed me greatly namely because I considered dooyoo to be one of the last bastions of sense on the net.

The pesky little blighter is not content with getting the message across it must also pop up just as you are trying to rate.

I am sorry if this opinion seems petty, but is this a sign of greater commercialism from dooyoo? Forget the 3p thing, crap as it is, I would probably stay for nothing now, it is in my blood, but if I have to fight with a plethora of meaningless adverts everytime I blink then it's game over.

It's driving me mad! Three times it popped up while I tried to read your op.
